In compounds such as Quick & Easy, along with brass fittings from the food, are widely used fittings composite PVC (polyvinyl chloride). The system, based on the use of these fittings, was named Uponor Wirsbo Q & E Master.

PVC fittings used for installation of plumbing

pipe diameter ØØ16-40 mm. The principle of connections, Q & E Master is the same as for compound Q & E.

PVC fittings are light and resistant to the effects of high and low temperatures (up to 149 ° C) and pressures. They are not destroyed by freezing in the water.

To prevent exposure to ultraviolet radiation and rapid aging, PVC fittings are made only in black. Due to the smooth inner surface of the fittings and PEX pipe in the system there are minimal pressure loss and completely absent probability deposits mechanical and chemical sediments.

PVC fittings are resistant to the effects of “aggressive” chemicals (inorganic acids, alkalis, salt solutions and hydrocarbon oils). However, they are not recommended for use in contact with organic solvents, such as: acetone, chlorine and aromatic hydrocarbons.

Main technical data PVC fittings:

* The density of 1,24 kg / dm 3
* The coefficient of linear expansion of 5.6 x 10 -5 mm / mm x ° C
* The coefficient of thermal conductivity 0.26 W / mx ° C
* Maximum temperature 149 ° C
* Brittleness temperature of 100 ° C
